Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated October 20, 2026
Short version: some links on Must Be Cotton are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission from the retailer. You don’t pay anything extra. Commissions never decide whether a product is recommended: it must pass our 100%-cotton check first.
How affiliate links work here
- Affiliate links are marked in our code with
rel="sponsored", and many go through short links that start withmustbecotton.com/go/. - Every page that contains affiliate links shows a short disclosure near the top, before the first link.
- Retailers and affiliate networks may set cookies when you click, so they can credit the sale to us. See our privacy policy.
- We may also earn money from display advertising in the future. Ads will be labeled and are separate from our editorial picks.
Our editorial standards
We choose products first and look for an affiliate program second. Products without any affiliate program can and will be recommended if they’re the best 100%-cotton option. Brands cannot pay for inclusion or a higher ranking, and we don’t send articles to brands for approval. If we ever receive a free product for testing, we’ll say so in that article.
FTC disclosure
In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, we disclose that Must Be Cotton has a financial relationship with some of the brands and retailers we link to: we may be paid a commission when readers buy through our links.
Amazon Associates
We are not currently a member of the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. If we join, this section will state, as Amazon requires: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”
